Join Our Team

At GANAS Academy, our goal is to intentionally transform the lives of our scholars through their academic and character educations in a safe and supportive school community focused on academic success and college readiness. We believe it is our duty and honor to prepare our scholars to be active citizens who engage in the work of transforming their own communities—in addition to getting a degree from a four-year college or university. We do this in partnership with parents and families and by holding high expectations for our scholars and staff.

At GANAS Academy, we believe that no single factor impacts their success more than the quality of their teachers. We believe that the mission-driven educators in our classrooms, who influence and impact the lives of each and every scholar on the journey to and through college, are the heroes of this work. In creating the best, most collaborative and diverse team of educators as possible, we also want to be intentional and authentic about creating a teaching staff that reflects our scholars and how they move through the world.

That’s where YOU come in! We are seeking to hire teachers and staff from the same or similar communities, to join us in this work and who can also serve as role models for our scholars. Because we highly value our teachers and their development, we have structured an environment that provides teachers with consistent feedback, coaching support, weekly professional development and a competitive salary with strong benefits.
